Privacy Policy

Love (thankyou.love) is a postcard tool operated by IFC Roofing for its field teams. This policy explains what we collect and why — written plainly, because the way we count things is genuinely different from most tools: no ad trackers, no third-party analytics, no data sales, and QR scans are counted without ever storing your IP address.

Three kinds of people touch Love. Find your section below.

If you're on a field team (app users)

• Your account comes from the IFC platform. There is no self-signup. We store the profile IFC provides — name, work email, phone, photo, role — plus an encrypted sign-in token so Love can act on your behalf in IFC systems (for example, saving a lead to your customer list). If you sign in with Google, Google only confirms your identity; we never see your password.
• Your content. Photos and videos you upload, postcard text, and your public page details are stored with our media provider and used to print your cards and render your page.
• Your activity. Cards you send, their print-and-mail status, QR scans and page activity they earn, and leads that come back. This is the product.

If you received a postcard

• Where your address came from. A local rep entered it, or it came from IFC Roofing's customer records. It is used to print and mail you a physical card — nothing else.
• Who else sees it. Our print-and-mail partner and the postal service receive your name and address, because that's how mail works.
• What we keep. A history of what was mailed where, so teams don't accidentally send the same home duplicate cards and can show honest mail status. You can ask us to stop mailing you or to delete your details — see "Your choices" below.

If you scan a QR code or visit a rep's page

• Scans are counted, not tracked. When you scan a card, we record that the scan happened using a same-day identifier derived from your connection — your raw IP address is never stored, and the identifier changes every day, so we cannot recognize you across days even if we wanted to.
• Page analytics are first-party only. On a rep's page we count views, button taps (call, text, review), video watch progress, and shares — in our own database. There are no advertising cookies, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no third-party trackers of any kind.
• Inspection requests are yours to send. If you fill in the "schedule an inspection" form, what you type (name, phone, address, preferred time) goes to IFC Roofing's customer system so the rep can follow up. That's the whole flow.
• Bots are flagged, not hidden. Automated visits (link previews, crawlers) are marked so reps see honest human numbers.

Service providers we rely on

• Direct Mail Manager — prints and mails the physical postcards (receives recipient name, address, and the card artwork).
• Cloudinary — stores and serves photos and videos.
• Google — sign-in for team members, address lookup and maps inside the app, and the public display of IFC Roofing's Google reviews.
• The IFC platform — the source of truth for team accounts and customer records; leads flow back into it.

These providers process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell personal information, and we show no ads.

Retention

• Raw scan and page-visit events are deleted after 13 months; only aggregate counts (per day, per card) are kept beyond that.
• Mailing history is kept as a business record of what was sent.
• Uploaded media stays until the team member or IFC Roofing removes it.

Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Sign-in tokens are encrypted at rest. Access to team data is limited to the team's own organization.

Your choices

Postcard recipients: email us and we'll remove your address from future mailings and delete your details. Team members: email us from your work address to access, correct, or delete your account data. Either way, we confirm within 30 days: support@thankyou.love

Children

Love is a work tool for roofing teams and is not directed to children.
