Terms of Service

Love (thankyou.love, including its mobile apps — together, "the service") is operated by IFC Roofing and provided to its field teams for sending real, printed postcards from the job site. By signing in or using the service you agree to these terms.

1. Who can use Love

Accounts are provisioned through the IFC platform for people working with IFC Roofing — there is no public signup. You must be authorized by IFC Roofing, and your use is also governed by your working agreement with IFC Roofing. The company manages accounts and pays for the service; reps are never charged.

2. What the service does

Love turns your photo and message into a printed postcard, hands it to a print-and-mail partner, and gives every card a QR code that opens your reviews, a video, or your public rep page. We show each card's honest progress — Created, Printed, In transit — and we deliberately never claim "Delivered," because once a card is in the mail stream, delivery belongs to the postal service. Mailing dates and transit times are estimates, not promises.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and text you upload.
• You give IFC Roofing the license needed to operate the service: storing, processing, printing, mailing, and displaying your content on cards and on your public page.
• You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload — your own job-site photos, not someone else's work, and no recognizable people who haven't agreed to appear on a postcard or public page.

4. Rules of use

• Mail only addresses you're authorized to contact for IFC Roofing business, and respect anyone who asks not to receive mail.
• No unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or discriminatory content — on cards or on public pages. Postcards travel by U.S. Mail and must comply with postal rules.
• Public pages represent IFC Roofing to homeowners: keep them professional and truthful.
• Don't probe, overload, or interfere with the service, and don't try to access another team member's data.

5. Postcard recipients and page visitors

Homeowners who receive a card, scan a QR code, or submit an inspection request are not bound by these terms — they're covered by our Privacy Policy, which explains exactly what gets counted (and what never gets stored).

6. Suspension and ending use

IFC Roofing manages accounts and may suspend or close them — for example, when someone leaves a team or these terms are broken. You can stop using the service at any time; data deletion works as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service quality

We work to keep Love fast and dependable, but the service is provided "as is." Printing, mailing, media processing, and map data depend on third-party providers and the postal service, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability, print dates, or delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IFC Roofing's total liability arising from the service is limited to the amount paid for it by the affected party (for reps, that's zero — the company covers it), and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; the date above will change and continued use means acceptance. Material changes will be called out to your team.
